Refund policy
We accept returns only in cases of damaged or defective products, and only within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing concerns or personal preferences.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
- Unworn, unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order details)
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@inspirethesouls.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
Important:
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. Weβll work with you to resolve the issue swiftly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Products returned after 7 days
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items without original packaging or tags
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7β10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please don't worry and contact us at contact@inspirethesouls.com
